We have a 30-day return policy which starts from the day that your order is delivered to you. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The returned item must be delivered to us within the 30-day window which starts from the day that the item was delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When shipping the return to us you MUST use a track-able shipping service otherwise the refund will be void. All returns are subject to a 20% return processing & restocking fee, which means that 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at Info@EliteFitnessEssentials.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by sending an email to Info@EliteFitnessEssentials.com.
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the address that it was shipped from as that facility does not process returns. If you send your item back to the address it was shipped from, it will not be recoverable and we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
